No-Refund Policy

KeepSakeNow sells digital content — a story reveal, a life timeline, or a gift reading — that is delivered to you immediately after payment. Because you receive the product right away and it can't be returned, all sales are final.

What this means

• Once your reveal is unlocked, your story, traits, keepsake, story card and letter are visible right away. At that point the purchase is complete and non-refundable.
• Once your life timeline is written, it is delivered immediately and is non-refundable.
• Once a gift link is created, it is non-refundable — whether or not the recipient chooses to use it.

If something goes wrong

If your payment went through but you did not receive your reveal, timeline, or gift link, we want to fix it. Contact us using the contact information on your payment receipt (or reply to your payment confirmation email) and we will deliver what you paid for or refund your payment.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Each reading is tied to a single photo, and your unlock lasts for your current session — so you never need to pay twice for the same photo. If you accidentally purchased the same product twice and did not use the second purchase, contact us as above and we will refund the duplicate.
